Deposits & reservations
We recommend an advance deposit to secure your reservation and avoid disappointment.
A deposit is required for large bookings.
The front desk will confirm whether this applies to your booking, the deposit amount and payment deadline.

Cancellation policy — direct accommodation bookings
Cancellation notice is calculated from when we receive your cancellation to 2 pm Zimbabwe time on your scheduled arrival date.
- More than 30 days’ notice: no cancellation fee.
- Between 7 and 30 days’ notice, including both boundaries: 50% of the total booking value.
- Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the total booking value.
Bookings made through Booking.com or Expedia follow the cancellation terms shown on their booking confirmation.
